I'm excited to be rethinking everything I know about my craft. I'm a beginner with 30 years experience.  And there's nothing better than that, as I get to learn all over again. - But this time I'm already sprinting!

Jane Hales, Founder, Advisor, Coach & Custodian

Like my career the Japanese word Hashi is a polysemous, it has several meanings:

bridge, edge and chopstick.

I've bridged the gap between paid and voluntary employment in my custodian roles.

I've been pushed to the edge of my beliefs and wellbeing and founded businesses.

I've mastered the delicate art of working with others, finding my equal and opposites, working at the tip, refraining from diving into the bowl, like good chopstick etiquette.

I help insight professionals and companies grow and do more of what they enjoy by freeing up their time.
I help them find their sweet-spot and identify processes that can be Stopped, Delegated, Automated or Outsourced. This business redesign is done through a consultative, coaching approach (Hashi3 Ltd).
Part of the. Team's, offshore MRX VAs are then able to support the tasks that can't be stopped or automated.
So, it's a win-win, getting rid of tasks staff dislike and improving margins.
Both services can be procured independently.
Family support and pride

Good things also come in three and I'm fortunate to have the support of two wonderful daughters and husband.

You can't underestimate the value of being healthy, grounded and centred to be able to cope with the journey ahead.

And our new member of the family Otto is also keeping us fit.  I'll introduce you to him later.

A little word in your ear....

There are many ways to grow a business, but there's nothing quite like building a network, staying in touch and doing good work. The results of the equation is that you inevitably earn recommendations and grow through word of mouth.

EO London Accelerator Chair Jane Hales has seen this equation work in her own career, as she went from being relatively unheard of in the marketing research field to co-founder and director of a successful business in the industry.
